RentGains Property Management has been a great help in terms of managing my property due to their knowledge and experience. All process is very smooth starting from finding and screening tenants , moving in and moving out , managing property during tenants stay . Nolan has always been reminding me of important deadlines to transfer utilities and notifying me of any issues . He cares about my property like it would be his property. Tremendous help! I don't even know where to begin all I can say is if I could give a thousand stars I would Mr Nolan has been great from the beginning I recently rented one of the properties been there a little over 2 months.And from day one he has been amazing put in an application and within a week I was approved he meet up with me in person did a walk threw the house explain everything to me. My experience has been nothing but excellent if you're looking to rent through this property u won't be disappointed Mr. Nolan is awesome.

Decided to make a big move half way across the country. Nolan made sure that our transition to Florida was seamless. He never made us feel like we were a bother or unimportant. After the hurricanes this past year he reached out to make sure we were ok before he even mentioned the property. If our jobs hadn't taken us closer to our work we would rent from Nolan until we purchased a home.

I needed to find a rental quickly and reached out to Nolan. I was able to visit the property the next day (Saturday) and had approval on the following day. This was over Labor Day weekend so that really says something! I signed the lease and had the keys in less than a week! Nolan is very responsive to any questions I’ve had. A couple of regular maintenance issues have come up since I moved in (AC/garbage disposal)and he has responded immediately. I highly recommend this company!
