Meet Nolan Raffanello: A Leader in Florida's Property Management & Real Estate Landscape
Nolan Raffanello is the visionary Founder, President & CEO of RentGains Property Management, and also serves as the Director of Property Management for MaxRev Real Estate. With an impressive career spanning over 15 years in property management, Nolan has a proven track record of success in optimizing operations for large-scale residential portfolios.
His extensive experience includes pivotal roles as Senior Property Manager and General Manager for renowned multifamily companies such as Archstone Apartments, Garden Communities, and The Irvine Company. In these capacities, Nolan skillfully oversaw the comprehensive operations of up to 1,400 apartment units and effectively led diverse teams ranging from 10 to 30 direct reports. His dedication and expertise were recognized with numerous industry awards, including a distinguished nomination for Manager of the Year for Southern California.
In 2017, Nolan leveraged his profound industry knowledge to establish RentGains, focusing specifically on providing tailored management solutions for single-family homes. As a Broker-owner, he has driven significant growth for RentGains across Northeast Florida since 2021, building a reputation for reliability and earning the confidence of homeowners, tenants, and the broader real estate community.
Nolan's professional foundation was laid in the esteemed hotel management industry, where he spent 14 years (1996-2010) in various leadership roles at iconic institutions like the Plaza Hotel in NYC and the Sherry-Netherland Hotel. This background, combined with his Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Sales Management from Johnson & Wales University, instilled in him an unparalleled commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
