Decided to make a big move half way across the country. Nolan made sure that our transition to Florida was seamless. He never made us feel like we were a bother or unimportant. After the hurricanes this past year he reached out to make sure we were ok before he even mentioned the property. If our jobs hadn't taken us closer to our work we would rent from Nolan until we purchased a home.

I needed to find a rental quickly and reached out to Nolan. I was able to visit the property the next day (Saturday) and had approval on the following day. This was over Labor Day weekend so that really says something! I signed the lease and had the keys in less than a week! Nolan is very responsive to any questions I’ve had. A couple of regular maintenance issues have come up since I moved in (AC/garbage disposal)and he has responded immediately. I highly recommend this company!
