Decided to make a big move half way across the country. Nolan made sure that our transition to Florida was seamless. He never made us feel like we were a bother or unimportant. After the hurricanes this past year he reached out to make sure we were ok before he even mentioned the property. I needed to find a rental quickly and reached out to Nolan. I was able to visit the property the next day (Saturday) and had approval on the following day. This was over Labor Day weekend so that really says something! I signed the lease and had the keys in less than a week! Nolan is very responsive to any questions I’ve had. A couple of regular maintenance issues have come up since I moved in (AC/garbage disposal)and he has responded immediately. I highly recommend this company!
