Nolan Raffanello is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Sales Management. He prides himself in having over 15 years experience in the hotel & property management industries.

For the past decade, Nolan has worked in real estate helping his clients purchase, sell and manage homes in CA & FL.  As of 2022, he shifted his focus from primarily selling real estate & started RentGains Property Management. The focus of RentGains Property Management is to support investors, tenants and the real estate community while providing an exceptional customer service experience.
