Move-in Checklist

First Month's Rent & Security Deposit
Your first month's rent and security deposit are both due at the lease signing. Be sure to confirm these amounts with our team in advance.

Move-in Date & Inspection
We will set your move-in date and provide all information about your initial inspection at the lease signing.

Utilities
You are responsible for placing all utility accounts for your rental home in your name following the lease signing. Please keep your accounts current throughout the duration of your stay.

Move-out Checklist

Notice of Intent to Vacate
Planning to move out of your rental home? Refer to your lease to determine your legal move-out date. We ask you to please provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate the premises.

Property Condition
Before returning the keys to your rental home, please make sure to address the following:

Rental Cleaning: Properly clean your rental home and remove all of your belongings from the property. Carefully sanitize the kitchen and bathroom(s), and vacuum/mop every floor in the home.

Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If you typically address outdoor landscaping chores like mowing the lawn and weeding the flower beds, take care of these responsibilities once more before vacating the premises.

Repairs: Please address any damage that has occurred during your stay, including patching nail and screw holes, repainting stained walls, and replacing broken glass.

Security Deposit
Your security deposit is used to cover the expenses of any repairs necessary after your departure. If there are any unpaid balance or fees on your account, we will also deduct these from the deposit, before returning the remainder to you.

Please note, you cannot use your security deposit to pay your final month's rent. Failure to pay your rent may result in adverse credit reporting and legal action.
